Shipping and Handling SHIPPING CHARGES DO APPLY TO ALL ONLINE ORDERS We ship via UPS ground, and US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority Mail. Actual shipping charges are incurred on each online order. Weight, size and destination determine shipping charges. Larger items may incur additional oversized shipping charges and will be charged based upon dimensional weight.  Some items (furniture, travel systems, outdoor toys, etc) will require trucking services and will need to be ordered via phone. In stock items normally ship within 48 hours of processing order. You will be notified immediately if any items are out of stock or require additional time for delivery. Taxes Orders shipped within North Carolina are charged a 7.75% tax. Defective Products and Warranties Here at Baby World, we sell only quality products from reputable and proven manufacturers. Most consumer products are backed by manufacturers' warranties. Warranty Information, when available is included inside the product packaging or on the product box. Claims for freight damage must be made directly to the carrier involved. If the product is received in poor condition, the customer must voice their concern immediately to the carrier before accepting shipment. Always make sure to receive in writing confirmation of this damage report. Baby World can not be held liable for the product once it has left it's premises, and strongly recommends optional insurance to be purchased to cover any damages that may occur by carrier. Swimwear, Bras, Breast pumps & accessories, Bottles & lotions. Due to personal hygiene, some items may not be returned. These items include but are not limited to:Return Policy Baby World happily accepts returns of unused, packaged, and resellable merchandise when the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and is accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number and all of its original packaging, parts, instructions and accessories. Clothing may only be returned if unwashed, unworn, & tagged.

Please note the following: Returns are processed within 7-14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and insurance is suggested, as Baby World can not be responsible for loss, damage or theft. Shipping/Handling and Return Shipping are NOT refundable. Under no circumstances will Baby World accept a return without a written Return Authorization. Restocking Fee A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refunded returns. Exchanges are accepted without penalty. If you are exchanging your merchandise, we'll add the appropriate shipping charges to the new order and charge any balance that exceeds your credit to the credit card used on your original order.    If returning a gift, please let us know if you would like store credit or a refund made to the credit card of the original purchaser.
